For some people, like me, it’s difficult to stay hydrated. I just forget to drink during the day. Sometimes I even get headache from not drinking enough water while at work. So usually before I go to bed I get super thirsty and my body tries to fill up it’s water reservoir. Especially in this summer heat it would be so important to drink enough water so your body is able to perform.
I bought a to-go water bottle and even tried a drink reminder app. I lost the bottle within a week and the app really annoyed me. I started from the beginning and realised that the reason why I don’t drink enough is boring, plain water. With my fructose malabsorption I can’t have juice, lemonade, even light drinks or popsicles. Every drink that’s fun and colorful! So, I started preparing fruit and herb infused water, sugar free and fructosefriendly popsicles and colorful ice cubes. That did the trick, and suddenly I was drinking enough water during this summer heat. So it’s, STAY HYDRATED BEAUTIFULLY!
